The basis for successful further development is knowledge of the current situation—that of the team and of each team member. In this workshop, we work with the team to assess the current situation and develop options for concrete next steps.

Stalled negotiations, economic, technical, or group dynamic disputes—sometimes things just escalate. Often, the only way to resolve these issues is through conflict resolution or professional mediation. More and more companies are therefore incorporating mediation as an integral part of their conflict management system. In this seminar/workshop, you will learn about the nature and structure of conflicts. And which conversation and conflict resolution strategies and techniques you can use to address them.

In this workshop, everyone deepens their understanding of how to align their personal values with those of the company. They learn to make powerful decisions that are in line with their values and actions. In this session, everyone will recognize the connection between individual perceptions and unconscious values that can cause stress and influence decision-making. In addition, everyone will learn strategies for increasing their resilience with little effort.

Your personal reflection partner

We accompany you in individual coaching sessions in your everyday working life and are there to support you as a reflection partner.

Together, we will walk part of the way with you to go through your concerns and challenges, sort through your thoughts, gain clarity, and make powerful decisions that are in line with your values.

The most intensive form of personal growth. Part-time alongside work.

  • Duration: Coaching sessions of 45 minutes each. Packages of 10 sessions each.
